Cookie Policy
Last Updated: August 3, 2026. This Cookie Policy explains how TicketFi uses cookies and local storage to run our Web3 platform.
1. Types of Storage We Use
Strictly Necessary (Essential)
These are required for the basic operations of the site. They are used to remember your wallet connection status via Reown AppKit/WalletConnect, track active network RPC endpoints, and preserve your light/dark theme preference. Under GDPR, these do not require prior user consent as the platform cannot function without them.
Performance & Analytics (Optional)
These help us understand how users interact with the app, measure page views, and log error rates (e.g., Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics). They allow us to constantly refine the dashboard experience. They are strictly optional and only load if you choose "Accept All" on the cookie banner.
2. Specific Storage Keys
Here are some of the keys we write to your browser's local storage:
- `ticketfi-cookie-consent`: Stores your cookie preference (e.g., `accepted` or `declined`) so we don't ask you again.
- `theme`: Remembers your light/dark theme preference (`light` or `dark`).
- `@appkit/...`: Remembers your Reown Web3 WalletConnect details to keep your wallet connected on refresh.
3. Managing Your Choices
You can clear your local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Additionally, you can change your tracking preferences by clicking the "Decline" button on our cookie consent banner. This will instantly configure our analytics system to opt-out of tracking.
