Transparency First

All event transactions, ticket purchases, drawings, and winner selections are recorded publicly on the Solana blockchain.

No Direct Tracking

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your wallet address or email. Data is used strictly for platform operation and features.

Secure Storage

User profile data, nickname configurations, and log records are stored securely using Supabase database clustering.

1. Data We Collect

As a Web3 platform, we aim to minimize personal data collection. However, to provide a customizable and seamless experience, we process the following data points:

  • Wallet Addresses: Collected automatically when you connect your wallet via Reown AppKit. This is strictly required to verify ticket ownership, record on-chain ticket purchases, process rewards, and execute transactions.
  • Email Addresses: If you choose to configure your profile settings, we collect your email to send profile notifications and custom updates. This is completely optional.
  • On-Chain Metadata: Transaction hashes, token balances, and staked positions. This information is publicly available on the Solana blockchain network.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to power the core functionality of TicketFi:

  • To display your current active tickets, historical entries, and winnings inside your profile page.
  • To enable smart contract interactions such as ticket purchases, staking, and drawing claim verifications.
  • To compile anonymous platform usage statistics using privacy-first analytics tools.

3. Data Retention

All decentralized blockchain data (transactions, ticket claims, winner records) is immutable and resides on the Solana network permanently. Profile configurations (nicknames, optional emails, activity logs) are retained in our secure databases until you request their removal.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We use analytics providers (such as Vercel Web Analytics) to help us analyze traffic and application usage patterns. These platforms collect anonymous telemetry data. You may opt-out of optional analytics tracking at any time by selecting the "Decline" option on our cookie consent banner.
